The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Made to order items of unusual sizes, Custom items, Personalized Orders or Digital downloads
RETURN POLICY:
Returns and/or exchanges can be made within 7 days of the purchase. Please contact me immediately to initiate returns. Shipping the returned item to me is the Buyer's responsibility and at the Buyer's cost and must be shipped back to me within 14 days.
Items need to be shipped in their original condition in their original jewelry box with the original packaging, to protect them during transit. Please ship back to me fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information (such as USPS Priority Mail). Send me the tracking number when shipment is confirmed. Once I have received the item(s) (in original condition in their original packaging) I can refund the cost of the item(s). If items are not returned in their original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value and will only be partially refunded as per my discretion. Shipping charges are not refunded. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser only. Some return exceptions to this policy may apply and is at my discretion.
