SHIPPING POLICY

Some items are in stock and can be shipped out fairly quickly, while others are made according to your size. Made to order items are currently running 4-9 days to produce.

All made to order items are treated equally and processed in the order in which they are received.

Transportation varies depending on destination location however typically 3-5 days in addition to any lead time to make an item.

COVID: All items are thoroughly cleaned and dried prior to packing.

Items are packaged ready to give as a gift with recycled gift boxes or bags, wrapped with ribbon, and protected with recycled tissue paper for an elegant presentation.

Please double check to verify that the shipping address is correct and current. Should a package be returned to me due to an incorrect address, buyer will be responsible for shipping charges to reship the package to you.

You will receive a tracking number once the item is shipped.

RETURN POLICY

Returns and/or exchanges can be made within 7 days of the purchase. Please contact me here to initiate returns. Shipping the returned item to me is the Buyer's responsibility and at the Buyer's cost and must be shipped back to me within 14 days.

Items need to be shipped in their original condition in their original jewelry box or bag with the original packaging, to protect them during transit. Please ship back to me fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information. Send me the tracking number when shipment is confirmed.

Once I have received the item(s) I can refund the cost of the item(s). If items are not returned in their original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value and will only be partially refunded as per my discretion. Shipping return charges are not refunded. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser in the original form of payment only. Some return exceptions to this policy may apply and is at my discretion.
